The Insider Training mentorship program strives to provide undergraduates from top Canadian universities interested in careers in investment banking or consulting with a competitive edge in the recruiting process. While we recognize that there are many highly intelligent and ambitious students out there, it is clear to us that many institutions do not provide sufficient resources for one to properly prepare themselves for the recruiting season.

Here you will find information about our qualified mentors, the services they will provide and how you can apply to the program. Insider Training is run on a purely volunteer basis and our services are free of charge, but are only offered to those students who pass a competitive screening process.

Our mentor pool draws from current full-time employees, as well as graduating students with offers, from US and Canadian firms  such as Goldman Sachs, Canaccord Genuity, BMO CM, McKinsey and Company, AT Kearney and more.
